Getting a job in which you work with other people is better than getting a job in which you work alone.

 

In modern society, it has been controversial whether getting a job in which you work with other people is better than getting a job in which you work alone. However, I basically disagree with the given statement because it is good for human networking.

Most of all, if getting a job in which you work other people it is good for human network. As a matter of fact, with its lack of natural resources, South Korea has been focusing on developing human resource. Thus, it is very important to develop human resource in our country. And people who work with other people is more helpful each other. A recent reported by government showed that over 90% people said that human networking is the most important factor in business. For instance, when I had worked part-time job, I got a bad achievement with alone. However, later, as working with my co-worker I got a good achievement.

In addition, if getting a job in which you work other people it is good for overcoming loneliness. In generally, as society is getting complex people have a lot of stress and they feel loneliness. 75% people suffer from mental illness. The phenomenon can be supported by many recent reports on the ministry of economy. In a recent survey, over 80% people overcome their loneliness and stress by talking with co-worker. For example, when my friend works part-time job with alone, she feels loneness and feel sad. But she changes the part-time job with working others, she feels happy as well no more feeling loneliness.

To sum up, I strongly oppose the perspective that getting a job in which you work with other people is better than getting a job in which you work alone because it is good for human networking and
